We are meant to learn, experience and grow in connection with others. When facilitated with thoughtful intention and attention, groups and workshops are a potent space for growth, learning, and connection. Yet groups are not easy!  Creating a safe space, navigating group dynamics, understanding and tending to issues of oppression and power, with awareness of yourself, is challenging. 

I am here to support you to deepen your skills of planning, facilitation and trust in yourself so you can lead potent groups and workshops in your own unique way. No experience with groups necessary to attend.
