Come home to your intuition, your body, your voice - as we heal our way back to a connected, liberated world.
Welcome, Iâm Shira!
Iâm an LCSW public speaker, trainer, therapist, coach, and workshop facilitator passionate about supporting both personal and collective transformation. Through transformative, heart-centered talks, trainings, groups and one-on-one sessions, I help people move through self-doubt, fear, shame, loneliness, and other deeply human experiences that can stand in the way of a life rooted in meaning, connection, and joyâ and in sharing your truest gifts with the world.
My work is grounded in over 30 years of experience with individuals, groups, organizations, and communities across diverse identities and life stories. I create engaging, experiential spaces for learning and healingâ from therapy and coaching to workshops, trainings, and public speakingâ where insight and healing becomes embodied and transformation emerges.
I weave together modalities such as IFS, Hakomi, and other somatic, nature-based, and anti-oppressive practices, supporting both inner healing and the skills needed to foster healing in our relationships, communities, and systems.
My work is collaborative, intuitive, attuned to each personâs unique path and rooted in a deep commitment to healing, liberation, connection, and a just, compassionate world.
If something here resonates, I warmly invite you to reach out and explore what's possible together.

Letâs end the destructive practice of using gas leaf blowers easily, joyfully, together!
Gas leaf blowers emit massive amounts of carbon pollution! In 2020, fossil fuel-powered lawn equipment emitted more than 30 million tons of carbon dioxide, the leading driver of climate change.
Pollinators need leaves! The trouble with leaf blowers isnât only their pollution-spewing health consequences. Itâs also the damage they do to biodiversity.
