The Art of Giving and Receiving Feedback

Most of us have difficulty giving feedback clearly and honestly and receiving feedback with open ears and self-awareness. It can feel vulnerable and confusing. Giving feedback effectively means risking people having upset feelings and learning how to handle that. It means allowing ourselves to risk making mistakes and trust the value in doing so. It means not silencing ourselves. Receiving feedback means facing and working on our blind spots, while knowing and holding onto our own independent thinking and being compassionate with ourselves while we do.

Giving and Receiving feedback is incredibly important. You don’t have to shy away from it! In my supportive, engaging workshop you will receive support to explore what gets in your way and work towards deeper and more effective communication with your supervisees, supervisors, clients and colleagues.

Practitioners of all scopes and shapes of work are welcome!
